Admittedly, A swan's long neck and graceful progress across water is lovely. Flamingos may not glide across lakes, and they may look a bit awkward on their stilts, but their long necks and vibrant plumage are a beauty worthy of admiration. When flamingos sleep, they tuck their head into their backs and stand on one leg. In this pose their necks are as elegant as any swan's.
